Born and raised in Victoria, Marcus has spent the past decade as a real estate advisor on Vancouver Island, bringing an exceptional level of local and market knowledge to every client he represents.

His professional foundation is built on more than just real estate. Marcus grew up around his family-owned construction business, West Rock Construction, giving him firsthand insight into the building and construction side of real estate. He also developed a strong business foundation through his studies at Camosun College. Together, these experiences provide Marcus with a practical perspective that he brings to evaluating properties, understanding opportunities, and navigating the complexities of a transaction.

Having lived in Victoria his entire life, Marcus has deep roots throughout the Lower Island. His involvement in the local soccer community, along with his connections across many other local communities, has helped him develop an extensive network of relationships and contacts that benefit his clients.

For Marcus, Victoria is more than where he works — it’s home. He has always loved the lifestyle the region offers, from fishing along its pristine coastline to exploring Victoria’s culinary scene with his wife, Merren, and their young daughter, Rowan. While Marcus enjoys travelling and experiencing new places, he always feels a strong sense of happiness and belonging when returning home to Victoria.
